Neoprene gasket material is most commonly used for hatches and portlights. It is resistent to weather, heat and most solvents (not fuel).

Maximum surface irregularity might be:

• 0.2mm for 1/32” gasket thickness
• 0.5mm for 1/16” gasket thickness
• 0.8mm for 3/32” gasket thickness
